2. How much weight will I lose?

The amount of weight loss depends on you. The average person loses somewhere around three pounds of body fat per week, or approximately 36 pounds in 3 months. Our most dedicated have lost upwards of 45 pounds in 3 months.


3. What is Omentum?

4. I hardly ever eat, why can’t I lose weight?
