Born in Monterrey, Mexico and having spent a lifetime experiencing the health issues associated with the Hispanic population I am immersed in, I am excited to bring the Healthy Lifestyle Secrets program to my weight loss centers in San Antonio.
As a Certified Nutrition Consultant, I see the superior benefits of the nutritional foundation used in the Healthy Lifestyle Secrets program, and the curriculum based instruction can be offered in both English and Spanish for our demographics. The whole health benefits are also aligned with my practice in acupressure.
I love teaching people about nutrition, whole health and being a part of Healthy Lifestyle Secrets will add to my ability to help change peoples’ lives.

I have been an avid fitness fanatic since joining my first gym at age 19. This love of fitness evolved from my personal growth as a body builder and aerobic participant and continued over the years as I made this the core of my education and professional career.
In 2008, I co-founded Perfect Solution Weight Loss, implementing nutrition and fitness programs at our two studios in San Antonio. We've had tremendous success with our approach and see a growth rate of 300% since inception.
We've officially added Healthy Lifestyle Secrets into our program offerings as it fits into our goals for community health initiatives and presents a platform to offer excellent wellness programs for both small and large employers. We have been increasingly working with Healthy Lifestyle Secrets since 2008 and know the level of program expertise brings the most effective ways to improve personal and employee health.

My long time passion for total wellness and living a healthy lifestyle myself has helped me teach my family the same benefits. I enjoy coaching others on how to live a healthy lifestyle and experience total wellness in their lives.
My passions extend into my hobbies as well. I have a strong love for animals, especially the horses I spend time riding. When a bit more horsepower is required, motorcycles are my thing, as is boating and listening to good music.

With a degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas, my experience in health and wellness has taken me from participating in organized sports such as football, baseball, track and field events, and triathlons to providing individuals with sport specific training including weight-loss, strength and conditioning and fitness testing.
My goal is to create life changes, not just temporary changes, for individuals. To achieve this goal, I believe wellness must be fun, challenging, and progress in a way which works for each individual. Health and wellness brings so many benefits to an individual’s life; I want to find what motivates each person, and use those goals to help bring that health and wellness to you.

Stacy Riddick, MBA, CHLSLT

Can I put any other initials after my name? Maybe CEO of the Riddick family of five, but my husband might have a problem with that!
My passion for health and wellness has been a journey that started five hears ago when my youngest son was diagnosed with Celiac disease. This auto-immune disease can result in various cancers if the diet is not altered to exclude ALL forms of wheat (think no pasta, bread, cereal or baked desserts). In addition to restructuring our meals, I was told my red blood cell count was dangerously low from the arthritis medicine I was taking at the age of 43. To make matters more complicated, I suffered from a brain injury that rendered me paralyzed on my left side and in need of a walker for mobility.
As a result of good nutrition and exercise, I have successfully recovered 95% of my health. As a Healthy Lifestyle Secrets class participant I dropped five pounds of weight, and experienced a body fat loss of five percent. I can’t wait to share this program with you!

As a former client of Healthy Lifestyle Secrets, I know the benefit of this nutritionally based, curriculum focused program. I love what the program did for me, and I want others to have this same opportunity to be healthy. I’m looking forward to sharing my story, teaching the program and being supportive and encouraging in my role as Lead Trainer.
In my off-training time, I like to read, swim and spend time outdoors with my two girls cycling, camping and hiking. Quality time with family and friends helps invigorate me during my training time.
